Prominent ear is a congenital disease that adversely affects psychological development, especially in childhood. It is especially important to be treated in the preschool period. We apply the facial flap technique in prominent ear aesthetics. The advantage of this technique over conventional methods is that it reduces the risk of recurrence in the long term and especially the risk of removing stitches. We can do it with general anesthesia as well as with local anesthesia.
