We no longer use painful tampons when removing it as before. We do not break the nasal bones with a hammer and chisel.

Instead, with Piezo, we can shape the nasal bones without damaging the soft tissue, veins and skin. Post-operative bruising and pain is very low and we can shape our nose better. In addition, we use closed techniques in suitable patients, especially techniques such as Let-down rhinoplasty, where we protect the nasal dorsum.
